Title of all goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been received and funds cleared by our bank.
There
will be an administration charge of $20.00 for any cheque returned from
our bank whether due to insufficient funds or any other reason.
Orders are accepted via the web site, fax or email. Phone orders are also Accepted 1300 855 235.
Please ensure that all faxed or email orders have our Product Code. In
the event a product code is not used we cannot guarantee you will
receive correct item.
Please ensure that all faxed orders have an email address for communication purposes.
Upon receipt of you order we will forward you an invoice via email (if
paid with PayPal or Credit Card). If paying by Direct Deposit or Cheque,
you will receive a Proforma Invoice until such time as payment has been
received. Your invoice will be issued once payment has been received
and cleared.
Account Customers may place orders via email, fax or online and governed by approved credit terms.

A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained before returning goods together with a copy of the original invoice to 4LAN Pty Ltd either for warranty claims or returns for credit. Proper packaging must be used for all goods returned, as any warranty will be void if goods are damaged during transit, and damaged goods will not be accepted for credit or warranty. To obtain RA number, please download Return Autorisation Form from our Downloads Page and email to [email protected].
A restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value is applicable to goods returned for credit within 30 days of the dispatch date. These goods must be in original condition and packaging. We will not accept goods returned for credit that arrive later than 30 days from the invoice date.

returned for credit within 30 days of the dispatch date, which are not
in its original packaging. These goods must be in original condition and
non-original packaging will be accepted.
